This is 5 stars based on the quick response to help in an emergency. Late on a Friday afternoon during a holiday week, Mike came and helped with some emergency electrical heating issues. Very impressed and he was very nice. Great work too!

I cannot praise Mike and his team enough. I had a tree fall and rip power lines out of my house and severely dame my electrical box. I was able to get va hold of Mike at 8am the next day and he was over the assess it in 30 minutes. His team was able to get everything fixed that day!
What makes him, stand out is that he is a genuinely a nice guy, who is extremely polite and respectful!

I called Mike on Saturday and he came on Monday to resolve my issues. My wife and I are glad he came. He found a serious issue with some wiring and repaired the issue. Great work and excellent customer service. Will call again with any issue.

The top of a delivery truck clipped the power line going from the pole to our house, breaking the wires and the conduit on the side of our house and leaving live wires dangling in our driveway. Of course National Grid refused to reconnect our power. And of course this happened during a wind and rainstorm. Michael Sarat to the rescue! Recognizing our emergency, he left the job he was on, got to our house quickly and went up the ladder in the storm. He rebuilt the conduit and restored our power safely. This was our second positive experience with MTS. Michael also installed an induction cooktop in our kitchen, which required installing a new circuit panel in the basement since the old one was full. Project was completed professionally on time and budget, no problems. Highly recommend MTS!

Mike goes above and beyond for the people he works with. He came to my house to fix a small wiring issue or so I thought. Then discovered a larger issue left by a previous electrician. He came back at a later date to fix the problem. He worked on the project for 10 hours. He was diligent with his work. I feel better knowing a potential hazard in my home was avoided. If I have any electrical issues in the future. He will be the first person I call.

Mike has done both my pool and my A/C. His attention to detail and concern that everything looks right is what you want in every tradesman. He is so good in fact that my AC guy asked who did the electrical work and now he wants to use him. That is the ultimate test of a job done, when one of your peers wants to work with you. Mike showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, a true pro!. I will always use MTS!
